Primär is looking for a Property Technician in Norrköping

Primär is a group consisting of Primär Service Management, Primär Property Management, and Primär Cleaning. As a group, Primär is large enough to have the resources to deliver to all types of customers, but small enough to be customer-oriented and flexible throughout Sweden. We are both specialists and generalists – our various business areas are at the forefront of their respective fields – whether it involves coffee at work, specialist cleaning, ventilation, or installing coaxial/fiber cables from our technical department.

Currently, we have about 600 employees and a turnover of nearly 550 million SEK. Our headquarters is in Gothenburg, but we operate in large parts of the country.

Job Responsibilities

As a qualified Property Technician at Primär, you will be part of a team of technicians and will be responsible, together with the others in the group, for commitments in our assignment to our customer. You will be responsible for the daily operation of property services, and your tasks will include:

• Ongoing supervision and patrolling of properties
• Ongoing maintenance of technical installations
• All types of actions and service on heating and ventilation systems
• Energy readings and reporting
• Corrective repairs and maintenance
• Cost assessments, in some cases performing orders, follow-ups on completed work, and reporting to the customer
• Internal and external general service and maintenance work
• Participate in status inspections as needed

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained property technician with several years of experience in similar roles.

Furthermore, we are looking for someone who:

• Has a good knowledge of energy optimization in properties
• Can understand the relationship between the various systems in a property
• Has basic computer skills
• Has a B driver's license
• Electrical authorization BB2 – or equivalent is an advantage.
• Experience in Heating and HVAC is also an advantage
